 The building is located in Thailand, renovated from an old house. Design of Nakit Architect company






































The new house retains almost all the old structures such as house width and depth. KTS has added and removed some spaces.


 The key architecture that KTS uses is eco house - an ecological house: increasing natural ventilation and sunshine.


Ground floor is garage, living room and kitchen. In the main bedroom on the second floor, the ceiling is 6-7 meters high. Part of the façade has a rotating sun protection system, the highlight of the whole house.
